I finally recived my 28pc neutral e/s palette today!! I bought this off of eBay for just under $7 USD with free shipping. I also bought a 28pc blush palette for the same price which you can find HERE. You can also find the link to my seller on that page as well.
The color pay off is amazing and not at all chalky. Like I said before this palette, I think, can be comparable to the Coastal Scents, BHcosmetics and other major brands. I might be buying another one to use in my makeup kit.

I love these palettes! They are basically the same as the other brands because I'm sure they all wholesale from somewhere in china!
